Ready to use. 
Direction:  1. Bring 1.5 Liters of water to a boik 2. Slowly add the packet of dried fish powder to the boiling water while stirring. 3. Put small whole onions if you desire. 4. In a separate bowl, open and add the contents of the rice powder packet. Add enough cold water and stirr into a 5. smooth paste. Then add that paste to the boiling broth. Stir till the broth brings to fully boiled. Then add seasoning (pepper, salt) according to your taste. Note Suitable for everybody. Contains no pork or meat products. Produced and packed in the highest standard of hygienic conditions. Add fried garlic and chilli powder shortly before serving.
Storage instructions: Don't store under direct sunlight. Place under dry and cool environment.
